I thank him for the fact that they are so close in age, that they play so incredibly well together, that they make me so happy, that they are so caring, that they are good boys and they really are. I am amazed all day long at how polite they have been lately, how they're arguing is at an all time low right now and how they are just fun! So much fun right now!
Tonight it was Caleb's turn to say the prayer at the dinner table and I asked him if he wanted help and he said no. This is the first time he has ever said a prayer all by himself with no help and he did such a wonderful job! It went like this: Dear Heavenly Father, we're thankful for today. We're thankful for our daddy. We're thankful that mommy took us swimming at Gold's Gym. Please help the rain not to hurt Grandma's house. Name of Jesus Christ, Amen. I didn't know that he enjoyed swimming all that much and I had no idea he really knew what we were talking about when we checked the weather and saw that the tornadoes and baseball sized hail was heading stright for Ron & Lisa's house. It was heartwarming to hear him come up with those things all on his own.
Austin is really into drawing pictures right now and I LOVE THEM! These are the pictures he drew of our family. We have them hanging in our family room in random places. I promised him we could leave them up until after the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. The first one is a self portrait and the best part is he drew his heart! I love it too because the kid has such a big heart that is seems so appropriate that his picture is the one he drew the heart on.

I love the pictures! He really did make dad look like the guy on Monsters Inc. lol. Sam makes way too many fingers and toes too. Cute.

Those pictures are to die for! Oh my goodness! I love all the little fingers coming out of the hands. So adorable.
